Collaborate with the broader People team to maintain, innovate and design strategic and pragmatic solutions to improve engagement and performance.
Drive change management efforts, ensuring employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of decisions and that changes are executed based on company values.
Guide managers and leaders on sensitive employee relations matters while partnering with employees as a trusted confidant and advocate.
What you'll have:
7+ years of experience working in an HR Business Partner/People Business Partner role supporting a diverse set of teams in a fast-growing company. Experience working with GTM and Operations teams is a plus.
Demonstrated experience partnering with VP+ leaders in a high-growth environment to understand their organizational objectives and drive team member on-boarding, engagement, and performance management to ensure objectives are met.
Experience leading org design and restructuring efforts
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to revenue and operational goals
Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases independently
Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across all levels of an organization
Strong knowledge of performance and engagement tools and best practices.
