Responsibilities
• Email, SMS & Direct Mail • Own Klaviyo: segmentation, flows, testing, reporting, and performance. • Manage calendars and execution for all lifecycle campaigns—product, promo, retention. • Lead voice memo SMS campaigns and test new formats to boost loyalty. • Collaborate with internal team (coordination, design, QA), with the ability to execute solo when needed. • Oversee creative and strategic execution of direct mail efforts. • Subscription Growth • Drive retention: winbacks, churn mitigation, loyalty, upsell, and save strategies. • Use data (cohort analysis, predictive models) to identify opportunities for LTV growth. • Lifecycle Strategy • Map and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints—onboarding, loyalty, reactivation, etc. • Deploy behavioral segmentation to align messaging with customer needs. • Run experiments across messaging, offers, and flow timing. • Analytics & Insights • Track key KPIs (LTV, churn, deliverability, subscription health, etc.). • Translate findings into action across marketing, CX, and product teams. • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
