Requirements
• AI-First Mindset: You have a genuine passion for artificial intelligence. You are already using AI tools to accelerate your own workflow and have hands-on experience integrating AI/ML frameworks into production environments. • AI-First Mindset: • Rock-Solid Fundamentals: A strong grasp of core computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design) and the ability to apply them creatively to real-world engineering problems. • Rock-Solid Fundamentals: • Full-Stack Capability: Experience building and scaling full-stack applications using modern technologies (e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs, and modern databases). • Full-Stack Capability: • Cloud & Architecture Savvy: Good understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud architectures (AWS experience is a major plus). • Cloud & Architecture Savvy: • High Agency & Ownership: Ideally, you have thrived in a startup or high-growth environment. You prefer shipping code and experimenting over sitting in endless sprint planning meetings. • High Agency & Ownership: • Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows: • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
