Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server), with demonstrated experience building dashboards that are both highly functional and intuitive for end users. Strong proficiency in SQL is required. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering clear, reliable, and well-structured insights. • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Open to learning new tools, systems, and workflows. • We look forward to meeting you! • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities
• Translate strategic and operational needs into KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and visualization plans. • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that deliver reliable, decision-ready views of core business metrics. • Analyze performance data and present findings to stakeholders, communicating key insights, implications, and recommendations to support decision-making. • Continuously improve reporting workflows and visualization standards, and document dashboard logic, data models, and processes to support quality, consistency, and scalability. • Explore and pilot AI-assisted analytics and automation workflows to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and dashboard maintenance.
