Requirements
• Are familiar with source control tools such as Git • Have experience deploying applications and sharing code repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) • Have experience leading technical projects, prioritizing work, identifying dependencies, and facilitating technical decision-making and cross-functional discussions • Have a good command of both Turkish and English • Have hands-on experience with AWS (a plus)
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Laravel applications for the backend of our web services. • Create Vue.js components to build a responsive frontend user interface that integrates seamlessly with the Laravel backend. • Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, product managers, QA testers, etc., on various aspects of application development and maintenance projects (e.g., code reviews). • Implement best practices for secure coding to ensure robustness against potential security threats in web applications. • Optimize the performance of Laravel/Vue.js applications by profiling them using tools like Xdebug, New Relic or Blackfire.io and implementing necessary optimizations based on findings (e.g., caching strategies). • Write unit tests for both backend services developed with Laravel and frontend components built in Vue.js to ensure code reliability before deployment. • Monitor application performance using tools like New Relic, Datadog or Sentry by setting up custom dashboards that provide insights into the health of our applications (e.g., error rates). • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Laravel/Vue.js codebases when they arise to minimize downtime for users accessing web services developed with these technologies. • Stay up-to-date on new features, best practices, tools, libraries, frameworks related to both backend (Laravel) and frontend development using Vue.js by attending relevant conferences/webinars or reading industry publications like Laravel Newsletter & vue3 newsletter respectively.
