Postman - Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

• 8+ years of experience building frontend or full-stack applications with a focus on product and user experience • Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with modern frameworks like React or Next.js • Track record of building and improving product experiences that drive user engagement and adoption • Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide product decisions • Strong product sense and attention to detail—you care deeply about how things work and feel • Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and drive them to clear outcomes • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across functions • Curiosity about how developers work, and a desire to build tools that make them more effective • Nice-to-have: • Experience with full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript • Experience with state management tools like MobX • Experience working on B2B products, developer tools, or AI-powered experiences • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment • This role is based in the greater San Francisco area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $210,000 to $240,000 plus a competitive equity package. We are in office 5 days a week for all roles based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, Tokyo and London. For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year.
