Requirements

• Advanced Capacity Leadership: 6+ years of workforce management (WFM), capacity planning, or supply/demand modeling experience, with a proven track record of leading analytical personnel. • Healthcare RCM & Credentialing Fluency: Direct experience navigating provider credentialing pipelines, insurance payer billing frameworks, and utilization metrics within a telehealth or clinical setting. • Launch & Scale Execution: Proven success building resource allocation frameworks or capacity playbooks for geographic expansions, new market entries, or new business line rollouts. • Executive-Level Analytics: Mastery of predictive modeling (Excel/Google Sheets, BI reporting, or SQL data architectures) with the ability to translate complex marketplace data into strategic executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Executive Capacity Strategy: Translate top-of-funnel Marketing and Partnerships demand projections into highly accurate, state-by-state BCBA headcount requirements and predictive recruitment triggers. • Enforce Strict RCM & Credentialing Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge to our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Credentialing teams; map out state-specific billing codes, payer rules, and credentialing lead times to eliminate unbillable provider idle time. • Standardize Rollout Playbooks: Design and execute repeatable operational playbooks for new state launches and programmatic expansions, utilizing data-driven market triggers to dictate when to scale clinician capacity. • Lead Scheduling Operations & Tech Infrastructure: Direct and develop the Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst team while architecting the predictive reporting dashboards and BI infrastructure needed to maximize network utilization.

Benefits

• AnswersNow is looking for an analytical, strategic, and executive-minded Director of Forecast and Scheduling to build, lead, and optimize the operational engine behind our national clinician network. Sitting at the critical intersection of commercial growth and clinical delivery, you will own the capacity planning strategy that translates rapid demand into predictive, rock-solid clinician staffing models. • This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a master of workforce data who can build repeatable playbooks for state expansions, protect operational gross margins, and seamlessly align clinician capacity with complex insurance credentialing and revenue cycle timelines. • Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. • Flexible hours with an async-friendly team culture
