Requirements
• Experienced Talent Development or Program Management Professional: 4–7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, program management, or a related field. • Experienced Talent Development or Program Management Professional: • Exceptional Facilitator and Learning Experience Designer: You have experience facilitating engaging learning experiences and know how to create environments where people feel comfortable learning, reflecting, and growing. You can translate complex ideas into clear, practical guidance. • Exceptional Facilitator and Learning Experience Designer: • Strong Program Builder and Executor: You’ve helped build or scale programs or initiatives and can independently manage execution from planning through delivery. Responsibilities
• Help Build the Future of Talent Development at Customer.io: Partner closely with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and scale programs that strengthen manager capability and support employee growth at every level. Contribute ideas that help shape our long-term talent development strategy. • Help Build the Future of Talent Development at Customer.io: • Own and Execute High-Impact Programs End-to-End: Lead the execution of development programs from concept through delivery and iteration. Manage timelines, communications, logistics, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring an exceptional participant experience in a fully remote environment. • Own and Execute High-Impact Programs End-to-End: • Facilitate Meaningful, Engaging Learning Experiences: Facilitate live workshops, cohort programs, and development sessions that are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable. The starting salary for this role is $95,000–$105,000 USD annually (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
