Requirements
• Previous experience working in a pre and post-sales role • Fluent English • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Ability to code in at least one object-oriented language (PHP, Python) • Strong knowledge of industry standards such as REST, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0 • Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems such as LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS • Ability to travel as needed • OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝 • Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Responsibilities
• Gathering requirements, scoping out technical integrations and presenting technical solutions to customers • Collaborating on sale proposals and the creation of statements of work • Addressing solution-based challenges which our customers may have in collaboration with their Customer Success Manager and Account Manager. • As a Solutions Architect, you will be a responsive and creative member of our cross-functional teams, including sales, professional services, product, and customer success. • Providing mentorship and support to you other colleagues
