Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in program operations, program coordination, event management, project coordination, nonprofit operations, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events, webinars, trainings, or conferences. • Strong written communication skills with experience drafting and distributing communications to participants, stakeholders, or customers. • Experience working with CRM systems, databases, or data management platforms (Salesforce experience preferred). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain data accuracy and manage administrative processes. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. • People-First Culture • Our people-first approach is grounded in the vision of our Founder and CEO, John Rice.
