• Strong backend engineering experience. • Experience building production systems, APIs, databases, event pipelines, or telemetry platforms. • Strong programming ability in TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust, or similar. • Experience with relational databases, time-series data, queues, event streaming, or cloud infrastructure. • Understanding of authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and secure system design. • Experience with IoT, fleet management, retail technology, payments-adjacent systems, kiosks, robotics, or industrial systems. • Experience with high-volume event ingestion or real-time monitoring. • Experience with dashboards, analytics, alerting, field-service tools, or operational reporting. • Experience with transaction-like event flows, reconciliation, audit trails, or financial-grade data systems. • Success in the first 90 days: • You build the first reliable telemetry backend for prototypes and pilots. • Devices can register, send events, report health, and expose useful data. • The team has clear data models and APIs. • You create observability that makes field debugging possible. • Success in the first 6-12 months: • The backend supports multiple pilot environments and connected devices. • The platform can show machine status, operational events, diagnostics, and performance data. • You become a key owner of the data and telemetry platform. • Important Notice for Candidates • Recruitment scams are becoming increasingly common.
