Requirements

• Experience in website design systems using Webflow. • Ability to manage evolving web design system for a fintech company's customer facing site. • Skill in creating reusable components and templates within the context of iwoca’s brand identity, conversion strategy, and positioning as one of UK's leading fintechs. • Strong understanding or experience with front-end development principles to implement systematic designs on Webflow platform without direct requirement for prior web design expertise in this specific tool mentioned explicitly. • Collaboration skills required to work closely with the Senior Website Owner and Head of Brand, as well as a community within iwoca's team. • Ability to lead visual identity evolution based on research into high-fidelity digital experiences that support conversion strategy for fintech businesses in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of our website design system in Webflow. • Design reusable components and templates for empowering other team members to create their own pages within the platform. • Collaborate with Senior Website Owner and Head of Brand on site design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic brand objectives. • Work closely with iwoca's community of designers and frontend engineers for skill development and solution creation in Webflow. • Become the go-to person for visual assets that fit seamlessly within defined website components to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of updates.
