Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 6+ years experience with some combination of strategy consulting, internal strategy, or graduate education • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills • Ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization • Highly efficient in managing multiple concurrent diverse tasks and projects • Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in DEI efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.) • ## Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: • Master’s degree or other advanced degree(s) in business, health administration and/or public policy, or other relevant fields. • Experience in or exposure to software development / digital product development. • Experience in digital health and/or value based care. • Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and analysis to support and champion a point of view, develop a business strategy, and/or get alignment on decisions across senior-level (VP+) stakeholders. • Ability to make well-informed decisions about strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments and you’ll lead and motivate teams to deliver on the vision you’ve created. • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
Responsibilities
• Market & Competitive Analysis • Stay up to date on market changes within the healthcare ecosystem • Communicate critical changes to the broader strategy team that might influence product positioning • Support, run, and help communicate the market updates for our Product Strategy Corner • Enable the broader product strategy team to stay up to date on fellow travelers and emerging competition • Document market changes and perform regular competitive analysis for awareness and input into in progress and backlog product strategy projects • Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to generate hypotheses and validate assumptions about jobs to be done / problems to solve within an assortment of product verticals • Synthesize fact finding learnings and analysis for a broad audience of stakeholders include executives and product leaders • Leverage existing research and synthesis done to date to inform perspective on the heart of the problem • Make recommendations on next steps based on fact finding and market analysis/competitive research, including further strategic product investigation or solution brainstorms • Product Strategy Operations: • Support creation of slideware and artifacts for executive level, leadership, and product organization communications • Knit together narratives as they relate to strategic opportunities, current product roadmaps, and create visualizations for different audience levels • Identify opportunities for framework creation and evaluation for product strategy team efforts • Facilitate workshops related to voice of the customer opportunities, design sprints, and working sessions with cross-functional working groups • Collaborate with product operations team to improve product management painpoints and get buy-in / support in new process rollout
