Requirements
• You bring a systems-oriented mindset and enjoy thinking through technical processes to help a growing organisation scale effectively. • You possess strong self-prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high data accuracy in a fast-paced setting. • You are a natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders across different business units. • You exhibit a genuine curiosity about AI and technology, with a desire to learn how these tools can be applied to solve operational challenges. • You have good numerical skills and are comfortable with grasping financial concepts, allowing you to assist with budget tracking and data-led reasoning.
Responsibilities
• Optimising business unit performance by aiding in financial management, project coordination, and the monitoring of project margins to identify and escalate risks. • Managing workforce planning data within forecasting tools to ensure accurate resourcing and identifying underutilised talent for strategic initiatives. • Driving the maturity of internal IT systems by exploring automation and the integration of AI into core business processes. • Collaborating with leadership to provide operational insights through data summaries while assisting in the dissemination of company-wide communications. • Supporting project health by tracking delivery and ensuring teams adhere to governance, best-practice and compliance processes. • Building deep expertise in a functional specialism to drive consistency and excellence across the entire company. • Facilitating internal culture and growth initiatives, dedicating time to projects like onboarding development or scaling team dynamics.
