Requirements
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production-quality full-stack features • Proficiency across the full stack—comfortable in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Go (or similar) on the backend • Experience building data-focused products such as experimentation platforms, analytics dashboards, or large-scale data visualizations. • Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs • Experience working directly with customers and understands how their work impacts business goals • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions • Proven ability to work closely and collaborate with cross functional partners, like product, design, and data scientists. • Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on maintainability and extensibility. • Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools and practices. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 2: • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $136,500 - $187,660** • Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $122,800 - $168,850** • Zone 3: All other US locations - $116,000 - $159,500 ** • LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Responsibilities
