Requirements
• U.S. customer coverage on EST hours • Comfortable following up with customers about billing, payments, or contract issues • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills (English required) • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and billing tools (Stripe or similar) • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently • Comfortable interfacing directly with leadership and cross-functional teams • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
• Revenue & Billing Operations – Monitor billing systems (e.g., Stripe) for failed payments, overdue invoices, and outstanding balances, and support timely collection. • Payment Follow-Ups – Proactively reach out to customers to resolve billing issues and ensure payments are completed. • Contracts & Usage Alignment – Help ensure customer contracts, billing, product usage, and system records remain accurate and aligned. • Revenue Data Hygiene – Maintain clean and reliable revenue data across systems such as HubSpot, billing tools, and internal dashboards. • Sales & Support Handoffs – Support clean handoffs between Sales, Support, and Billing by ensuring deals, plans, and customer status are correctly reflected. • Customer Billing Support – Respond to customer requests for invoices, receipts, tax documentation (e.g., W-9), and billing confirmations. • Revenue Risk Visibility – Identify unpaid or inconsistent accounts and help maintain visibility into revenue risk and collection status. • Process & Tooling Improvements – Assist with documenting revenue workflows and identifying opportunities for automation over time. • Operational Support for Leadership – Take recurring revenue operations tasks and follow-ups off leadership’s plate by owning execution and follow-through.
