• Why This is a Great Learning Opportunity • Work closely with product stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Support data quality monitoring and help identify and resolve data issues • Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives • Stay curious and continuously learn new technologies and techniques • You'll be a good fit here if you are: • Team Collaboration: You enjoy working closely with other engineers and stakeholders in a supportive, mentorship-focused environment. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience through bootcamps, self-study, or professional projects • 0-2 years of experience with data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles (internships and personal projects count!) • Basic proficiency with SQL and Python (we'll help you grow these skills!) • Familiarity with or interest in learning modern data tools like dbt, Airflow, or cloud platforms • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for learning in a collaborative environment • Interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes • Coursework or personal projects involving databases, data analysis, or cloud computing • Any exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) through coursework or personal exploration • Basic understanding of software development practices like version control (Git) • Previous internship or project experience with data analysis or engineering • Interest in or exposure to healthcare data (through coursework, volunteering, or personal interest)
