Requirements

• Experience leading hands-on projects from A to Z in a production environment, preferably client-facing • 5+ years of previous experience building web applications from scratch using • TypeScript/Node.js/React • Previous experience in Full-stack development • Experience taking products, features or customer solutions from 0 → 1 • Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with a strong grasp of AI/LLM • workflows and systems thinking • Experience navigating C-suite relationships and the ability to influence executive decision- • making in ambiguous environments • Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and focused on long-term impact rather than just immediate fixes

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business and operational challenges • Gather, challenge and refine customer requirements • Design, build and deploy scalable software solutions • Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate ideas quickly • Translate customer needs into long-term product capabilities • Partner closely with Product, Engineering and AI teams • Build backend services, APIs and cloud-native applications • Support customer implementations and high-impact technical initiatives • Influence product direction through direct customer engagement and feedback • Act as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders • Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers — integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration. • Work directly with operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit • how work is actually delivered. This means writing code, not just writing specs. • Be the escalation point for complex technical issues — diagnosing problems across the stack, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer. • Build tooling, scripts, and automation that make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. • Translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable signal for Product and Engineering • — you're closest to the customer, so your input matters most. • Leave every customer more capable than you found them. Document, train, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently. • While you may prototype, your main leverage is through architecture, judgment, and influence, connecting customer reality to product direction. • Strategic Transformation: Embed with C-level stakeholders to architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows that solve complex business pains • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales and CS as a technical authority to guide account strategy and translate customer needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) • Implementation Excellence: Act as the platform expert—designing sophisticated configurations, prototyping custom scripts, and overseeing the narrative from pilot to full rollout
