• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business partnership roles within complex, cross-functional environments. • 5+ years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field. • Proven ability to lead and drive execution across both technical and non-technical teams in enterprise-scale organizations. • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional partners. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level updates, documentation, and reporting. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, high-change environments. • Experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. • Ability to operate independently with limited oversight while maintaining accountability for outcomes and timelines. • Strong familiarity with modern program management platforms and how emerging AI capabilities can enhance program execution and operational efficiency. • $120,000 - $140,000 a year • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
