Requirements
• Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations with clear ownership of projects or processes delivered end-to-end.
Responsibilities
• Proven track record owning and delivering cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes. • Strong process design and improvement capability, with the ability to build structure and drive change in ambiguous, fast-moving, scaling environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across People, Legal, Rewards, and Operations, influencing without authority to strengthen routines and operational rigour. • Clear bias for action, with a focus on delivering outcomes rather than activity. • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve processes. • Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS, including workflow configuration and automation. • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. • Exposure to TA analytics and reporting, supporting data-driven insights on hiring performance. • Experience creating documentation, playbooks, or knowledge hubs.
