Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media content and community engagement, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech sectors. • Proven experience managing social media content and community engagement, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech sectors. • Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, YouTube, TikTok, and content best practices for organic growth. • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating blog articles and social media posts. • Proven creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging content and adapting to evolving social media trends. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems. • Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital innovation. • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
• Create, plan, and publish engaging organic content tailored for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social channels. • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with regional marketing campaigns and product launches. • Manage and grow the North Latam social community by fostering engagement and encouraging interaction. • Produce high-quality blog content for the North Latam region that educates, informs, and drives interest in Binance products and the crypto ecosystem. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant. • Analyze content performance metrics and community feedback to optimize future content strategies.
