Requirements
• A background in education or technical writing. • Able to demonstrate experience creating video content that uses visual aids to break complex content down into easy-to-understand content. • Ability to research and develop training materials for users of all ability levels. • An empathy for users and their learning experience. • A strong command of the English language (writing and speaking). • Experience working remotely. • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and GenAI frameworks. • Experience with software development, databases, data engineering, or machine learning. • Specialities • Specialities • We are seeking educators with expertise in one or more of the following domains. Candidates may have direct professional experience in the field or a background in technical education within these areas. • Data Ecosystem Integration: Experience integrating or migrating data across major cloud platforms and data providers, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. • Data Ecosystem Integration: • Generative AI (GenAI): Deep expertise in GenAI, including building applications that utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Context Engineering principles. • Generative AI (GenAI): • DevOps and System Administration: Experience in DevOps practices and administering large-scale systems. • DevOps and System Administration:
Responsibilities
• Design and produce high-quality technical content (courses, videos, sample applications, diagrams) using existing Neo4j Documentation. • Identify gaps in the course catalog, develop courses to cover them, and build clear learning paths for different graph use cases. • Provide feedback on Neo4j offerings and course catalog to improve the user experience. • Collaborate with the distributed Developer Relations, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and R&D teams. • Be comfortable expressing complex subject matter clearly and simply, and working on camera.
