Zopa - Platform Engineer (Developer Experience)

• Languages: Advanced-level Go would be ideal but not mandatory. Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, or .NET is a plus. • Orchestration: Advanced Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform. • Tooling: Experience with Vault, Knative, and observability tools like Splunk, and Honeycomb. • Metrics: A track record of using data to drive engineering improvements (Platforms like GetDX or LinearB). • Experience in high-growth startups or tech-first organizations • Contributions to open-source DevX or CNCF projects. • At Zopa we value flexible ways of working. • We value face-to-face collaboration and a good work-life balance.
