Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. • Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirements. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs in ServiceNow. • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services. • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications. • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage them for continuous improvement. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.) • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs. • ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. • Ideally, experience or understanding of CX technologies (Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, Cisco WCC, AWS Connect, NICE CXone)
