Responsibilities
• Take ownership of Light Distillates price reporting and global market analysis (ie. gasoline, naphtha) • Build and maintain relationships with traders, brokers, and other market participants to gather high-quality, real-time pricing and market information. • Analyse spot price developments, forward curves, and trade flows. • Develop and maintain transparent, robust pricing methodologies and editorial standards aligned with Sparta’s data tools and models. • Work closely with the research and analytics team to share insights, collaborate on reports, and support thought leadership. • Produce daily and weekly reports summarising key developments in Light Distillates & Crude pricing, market activity, and sentiment. • Represent Sparta at industry events and forums, building your network and increasing brand visibility. • Advocate for Sparta’s role in shaping market transparency and intelligence.
