Requirements

Responsibilities
• Automation Expertise: Experienced in building automations using APIs and workflow utilities (e.g., Okta Workflows, Zapier, etc). • Identity and Access Management: Proven ability to manage and support SSO/IdP solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure). • Device Management: Comfortable managing computers and mobile devices through MDMs (e.g., Jamf, InTune). • Proactive & Organized: Constantly assesses IT platform configurations, recommending improvements. Highly organized and process-driven, anticipating and mitigating friction points in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to ensure an enjoyable employee experience. Enjoys streamlining processes and automating IT systems. • Team Player: Willing to assist other IT members in problem resolution.
