Requirements
• Strong communication skills to translate team needs into AI solutions • Ability to work with stakeholders effectively • Experience in championing AI adoption and identifying opportunities for automation within workflows • Skills in evaluating, implementing, and supporting the rollout of AI tools across teams • Knowledge or willingness to learn about practical enablement techniques through training design and delivery • Ability to facilitate knowledge sharing among peers via lunch & learns, demos, office hours, etc. • Experience in measuring adoption efficiencies and impacts of AI initiatives for organizational learning purposes (if any) • Education or experience related to data analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence tools, or similar fields would be beneficial but not explicitly stated as a requirement
Responsibilities
• Champion AI adoption across 9fin by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance workflows. • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools including supporting tool discovery, trials, rollout, and adoption (with light configuration/automation where useful). • Partner for responsible rollout of tools with IT/InfoSec, People, and relevant user teams to ensure clear processes, training, and feedback loops. • Build AI capability through practical enablement by designing and delivering role-relevant training that makes it easy for teams to apply AI in real workflows. • Drive many-to-many learning by running lunch & learns/demos/office hours, curating "what worked / what didn’t", and helping teams share concrete examples. • Track efficiencies and impact of AI initiatives through measuring adoption and delivering insights and case studies for wider organizational learning.
