Requirements
- MD, PA, NP, clinical nurse, or other healthcare professional with at least 3+ years treating patients within a healthcare system
- Deep understanding of patient care pathways and clinical decision-making processes
- Knowledge of clinical terminology standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, etc) and their application in clinical practice
- Track record of producing published work (peer-reviewed manuscripts or poster/podium presentations)
- High degree of critical thinking and independent problem-solving
- Ability to work with a team of highly skilled experts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
- You must be able to work within standard business hours within US time (Any US time zone is okay)
- Familiarity with manipulating and analyzing data in SQL, Python, or R
- The Senior Clinical Insights Specialist reports to Manager, Clinical Inisghts, Honor Magon, MBBS .

Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, address hypotheses across various disease and treatment areas, leveraging the Atropos platform.
- Running custom analytics using Atropos Health's proprietary technology stack + industry standard tools and analysis packages.
- The type of questions received ranges from comparative effectiveness to research design questions regarding inclusion/exclusion criteria and outcomes for clinical trials.
- Present or co-present collaborative work at conferences, and author articles within peer-reviewed journals.
- Own end-to-end hypothesis generation and study generation across multiple health care domains.
