Responsibilities
β’ Discover the 360Learning platform β’ Have a global view on our code-base β’ Obtain an understanding of customer needs & the custom technical solutions to build β’ Get to know the team β’ Develop a first internal project β’ Gain skills on our tool stack (Workato, snowflake, github, β¦.) β’ Develop Technical Solutions for our customers β’ Take support shifts β’ Contribute to the development of a wide variety of technical solutions β’ Ensure scalability of all solutions through documentation, and enablement of teams β’ Test solutions developed other team members β’ Proactively propose new solutions to develop β’ Upskill on new technologies & tools β’ Review the code of your peers β’ Participate in enhancing our processes towards excellence β’ ## The Skill Set β’ 3+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or integrations β’ Experience with at least one backend language (Node.js, Ruby, or Python preferred) β’ Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows β’ Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions β’ Experience working with SQL databases or DataWarehouses (Snowflake is a plus) β’ Exposure to cloud platforms is appreciated β’ Interest in full stack development, Git workflows and CI/CD practices β’ You have excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to synthesise β’ Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset β’ Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities β’ Fluent English (US/UK), French speaking is a plus β’ Knowledge of BigCommerce is a plus β’ Enthusiasm for our culture explained https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
