pointclickcare - Senior Product Manager – Platform Services

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study. • 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities. • Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration. • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus. • Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products. • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency and leverage to day-to-day product work — including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus. • Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products. • At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $205,900 - $228,800+ bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
