Responsibilities
• Have 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building AI-powered products and 2 years working on workflow, orchestration, or automation platforms • Bring experience and drive to ship AI-powered products, including rapid experimentation, rigorous evaluation, and LLM prompt tuning to ensure high product quality • Demonstrate proven experience designing and shipping workflow engines, orchestration platforms, or automation tools; you understand the technical architecture required to bring these systems to life • Possess the ability to set product vision and strategy for a major product, with strong frameworks for making complex tradeoffs and prioritization decisions • Show experience building products for upmarket customers with complex, custom requirements and the ability to balance product flexibility with scalability • Demonstrate a strong track record influencing and collaborating with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams to drive product outcomes • Communicate excellently both written and verbally, to effectively communicate ideas, requirements, and product vision to team members, stakeholders, and executives • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • What you can expect as a Vanta’n: • Industry-competitive salary and equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans • 16 weeks fully-paid Parental Leave for all new parents • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
