• Strong consumer product background with shipped, public products in the last 1-2 years, and clear ownership of the experience. • Portfolio that includes personal or side projects you led end-to-end as proof of ownership and independence. • Systems thinking: you can design complex, non-linear flows and reason about underlying systems and constraints. • Technical mindset: comfortable with technical concepts, agents, and dynamic UIs; able to discuss trade-offs with engineers and explain ideas clearly when needed. • Pixel-perfect execution: strong typography, layout, motion, and polish; portfolio that shows both concept and craft with clear explanations of your decisions. • Mobile design experience (iOS); comfortable with mobile-first patterns that scale to web and desktop. • Uses AI tools almost daily for work and fully understands their value for design and prototyping. • Self-motivated: the work → results loop gives you energy; you don't need a heavy structure to deliver. • Positive, productive attitude: conflict-free and flexible in collaboration while having and voicing your own opinions. • Comfortable delegating when the team grows and equally comfortable doing everything yourself in a small team. • Open to change and new tech: when someone proposes something unexpected, you weigh risks and opportunities rather than defaulting to the status quo. • Experience as a founding or early designer at a startup. • Background in high-bar consumer products. • Russian-speaking ability (the team uses it daily; not required). • Experience exploring ideas with AI/coding agents or advanced productivity tools. • WHAT YOU’LL WIN • Meaningful equity at the founding designer level. • Full-time role in London with hybrid flexibility; relocation supported for the right candidate. • Ownership of the core UX and visual language for a new product category. • Close collaboration with a senior, product-minded founder and a small, high-output engineering team. • Long runway and independence: founder-funded with no investor pressure, so everyone has room to think big and ship.
