Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement product experience end to end • Build and drive an integrated growth roadmap alongside Lifecycle Marketing and PMM • Define product strategy for your area, grounded in customer insight, business impact, and data • Identify friction points across the user journey and turn them into fast, testable opportunities • Lead experimentation across onboarding flows, engagement loops, and retention initiatives • Partner closely with Research and Data to deeply understand customer behavior and usage patterns • Bring structure and clarity to prioritization, helping teams focus on the highest impact opportunities • Drive measurable improvements across activation, repeat usage, and engagement metrics • Influence cross functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Leadership to create shared accountability around growth outcomes • Raise the quality bar across product thinking, experimentation, and execution discipline • What you already bring to the table • Strong product management experience working on growth, onboarding, retention, or engagement problems • A proven track record of improving product usage metrics that translate into meaningful business impact • Deep experience with experimentation and hypothesis driven product development • High comfort level working with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms • Strong product intuition and the ability to balance speed with thoughtful decision making • Experience partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Research teams • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify ambiguity into clear next steps • A highly customer centric mindset, grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insight • Bias for action, strong ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in fast moving environments • Humility and openness to feedback, with a focus on outcomes over ego
