Requirements
• 4+ years product management experience in fintech, trading platforms, or complex products • Strong design sensibility and ability to evaluate/improve UI/UX quality (this is critical) • Proven track record shipping user-loved, design-forward products • Understanding of financial products OR quick learner who can become a domain expert • Willingness to trade daily on the platform to build deep user empathy • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or related field
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage exchange products to enhance user experience in trading activities on the platform. • Collaborate with engineering teams for product development lifecycle from ideation through testing phases. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions regarding new features or improvements of existing ones. • Oversee a team responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving the exchange platform's user interface (UI) design consistently with brand standards. • Engage in stakeholder management by liaising between engineering teams, product managers, market analysts, customer service representatives to ensure alignment of goals across departments. • Participate actively in meetings and brainstorming sessions for new feature development or enhancement ideas with the aim of improving user experience on our platform. • Monitor competitive landscape regularly by analyzing market trends and staying updated about industry developments to ensure that we remain at par, if not ahead, compared to other platforms in terms of features offered. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of financial markets for better decision making regarding product development strategies tailored towards our target audience's needs.
