Responsibilities
• Live chat with customers and tutors to resolve inquiries during the daytime. • Process tickets by reviewing submissions and finding solutions; available at various times including evenings after work hours. • Provide proactive phone calls for troubleshooting complex questions, which can be done outside of regular working hours as needed. • Engage in matchmaking with relevant tutors based on tutor availability during the evening shifts to accommodate student needs; this may involve coordinating across different teams and schedules within SKELAR Platform's 8 commands structure.
