Requirements
• You currently hold crypto and understand the basics of trading • You have 5+ years of experience working as a product designer on digital products • Fluid use of Figma, components, variables, and styles • You have solved complex problems and have a solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles • You understand different research approaches and know which ones to utilize and when • You demonstrate product vision and use data and experimentation to provide product direction • You’re excellent at articulating design decisions, presenting to clients or stakeholders • You demonstrate solid leadership skills and an ability to develop strong partnerships with product managers and engineers • Experience working in a design agency, building 0-1 end-to-end products • Knowledge of wider design tools and code, like C4D, AE • Familiarity designing web landing pages, understanding the unique constraints of the web
Responsibilities
• Define new product ideas • Conceptualize new products and features within and outside of Crypto.com’s product offerings and carry them through to release • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior management to generate product ideas and define how the experience and design should work • Craft Interfaces • Rapidly develop wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity visual designs to demonstrate interaction and design ideas and facilitate discussions • Refine your concepts into fully fleshed out experiences • Define identity elements like brand marks and design system styling • Conduct market research and present your findings • Plan and facilitate user research activities, including 1:1 user interviews, focus groups or usability tests • Present and Implement • Pitch concepts to the leadership team • Incorporate feedback into new design directions • Work with developers to implement designs
