Requirements

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare technology, preferably selling EMR, practice management, or clinical workflow solutions • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets of $1M+ annually • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders • Healthcare Expertise • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, practice operations, and healthcare regulatory environment • Familiarity with EMR platforms, healthcare automation trends, and interoperability challenges • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standardsUnderstanding of the economic drivers and reimbursement models in healthcare • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong discovery skills to uncover pain points and map solutions to customer needs • Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.) • Excellent written communication for proposals, follow-ups, and internal collaboration • Personal Attributes • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for experimentation and rapid iteration • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Mission-driven approach with genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes • Strong personal accountability and time management skills essential for remote work • What Success Looks Like at 90 Days • Closed your first Canvas Medical deal and built a pipeline worth 3x quarterly quota • Developed relationships with 20+ qualified healthcare organizations in your territory • Delivered compelling demos that resulted in 50%+ conversion to next stage • Created at least one new sales playbook or process improvement adopted by the team • Canvas Medical provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. • Research shows that women and other minority groups might avoid applying if they don't meet 100% of the qualifications. Responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase Canvas Medical's automation capabilities and clinical workflow improvements. • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with decision-mers from different areas (clinical, operational, financial). • Create and deliver customized proposals to articulate clear ROI and implementation roadmaps for healthcare organizations. • Partner with leadership on refining pricing strategies and deal structures that accelerate adoption of Canvas Medical's EMR platform. • Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers in the targeted healthcare industry to become a trusted advisor on automation capabilities. • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams for smooth handoffs and successful implementations post sales closure. • Gather market feedback from various stakeholders within the organization's customer base to inform product development roadmap and competitive positioning strategies. • Experiment with new prospecting strategies and refine Canvas Medical’s ideal customer profile for targeted outreach efforts. • Create repeatable playbooks tailored towards different market segments based on their unique needs, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare industry.
