Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee complex data privacy initiatives across EBANX’s global operations, ensuring compliance with regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks; • Act as a strategic partner across business and technical teams, driving privacy-by-design practices, AI governance initiatives, and cross-functional alignment; • Conduct privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and vendor evaluations, while supporting incident response and developing scalable privacy processes and frameworks. • Strong experience with data privacy regulations (LGPD, GDPR, and international frameworks) and their practical application in complex, global environments; • Ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage stakeholders across multiple regions, and translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions; • Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills to operate in a global, cross-functional environment.
