Requirements
• 5+ years experience working in data science, product analytics, experimentation, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using SQL and Python • Ability to influence product or business decisions through data and clear communication • Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer behaviour to business outcomes • Comfort working cross-functionally and building strong relationships across disciplines • Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference methods • Exposure to DBT or modern data modelling tooling • Knowledge of fintech, investing, or crypto products • Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, communication, or decision-making workflows • You’re curious and proactive, and you look beyond the immediate ask to identify opportunities for impact • You’re comfortable working through unclear problems and helping teams create clarity • You balance analytical rigor with pragmatism and good judgment • You communicate thoughtfully and adapt well to different audiences • You value collaboration and work well with people across different functions and perspectives • You’re excited to learn new domains and tackle unfamiliar problems • You care about building products that genuinely improve clients’ financial lives
Responsibilities
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to inform and shape product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making • Develop metrics, data models, and analytical frameworks that improve how teams understand customer behaviour and business performance • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, growth, retention, and operational efficiency through data • Translate complex business questions into clear recommendations and actionable insights • Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities that help the team focus on the highest-impact work • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve the quality, scalability, and usability of data foundations for the team
