Requirements
• Proven experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or creative tools. • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. • Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design. • Ability to translate complex functionalities into simple, intuitive user experiences. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing. • A portfolio showcasing product design work, with a focus on digital interfaces and user-centric design. • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and creative software workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with Recraft’s AI-powered tools. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals and user needs. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to refine design concepts and bring them to production. • Conduct user research, gather insights, and iterate on designs to improve usability and engagement. • Maintain and evolve Recraft’s design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. • Experiment with AI-driven design solutions and explore ways to enhance creativity through intelligent automation. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices.
