Our immersive program gives each intern the chance to explore and develop their interests through executive mentorship, career training, collaborative projects, professional development seminars and workshops, and more.
Responsibilities
• Assist with general administrative tasks, scheduling, printing, etc. • Organize and maintain a centralized drive with clearly labeled, easy-to-navigate folders for cross-team access • Develop and manage a structured image library, including both branded and non-branded assets (e.g., “Perfume: Brunello Cucinelli Images,” “Fashion: General”) • Coordinate logistics for upcoming fall events, including travel booking (flights, hotels) and scheduling support as needed • Conduct comprehensive venue research to identify locations aligned with event objectives, budget, and logistical requirements • Conduct competitive event research to analyze industry trends, benchmark performance, and identify potential sponsors • Support the preparation of event materials, including creating seating charts and assembling on-site resources to ensure smooth execution • Work well in a team environment • Able to meet time & attendance expectations
