• 2+ years of demonstrating strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver on products as the technical lead. • 8+ years of hands-on development experience, ideally leveraging Java or other JVM based languages. • You oversee coding of critical areas and develop the most difficult code across multiple system components, driving high coding standards and improving development practices. • Demonstrated experience driving complex designs, high-quality interface/API designs, and overall architecture improvements across multiple teams and services, leading design reviews and ensuring consistent architecture. • Track record of driving product/service design and vision inside engineering, using global industry and market trends to deliver successful products and fulfilling unexpressed client wants. • Experience mentoring more junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and contributing to talent identification at Staff Level & above. • Strong communicator. Sharing information regularly and concisely. • Knowledge of the adTech space and particularly the identifiers used in the field. • Experience with large-scale distributed data processing (e.g., Apache Spark) and cloud data infrastructure across GCP and AWS (e.g., Dataproc, Dataflow, GKE, EMR). • We use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
