Requirements

Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on UK healthcare and life sciences regulations, including MHRA, CQC, and private healthcare frameworks • Review and approve marketing and advertising materials for healthcare products and services (digital, social, TV, print), and come up with marketing guidelines for the business • Advise on compliance with ASA/CAP Code and BCAP Code, DMCC Act, and ABPI Code of Practice • Support product launches and growth campaigns, ensuring claims are substantiated and compliant • Counsel on telehealth and digital health services, including online prescribing and patient journeys • Manage risk assessments for campaigns and propose practical, business-friendly solutions • Handle regulatory inquiries and liaise with bodies such as ASA, MHRA, and CQC when needed • Monitor regulatory developments in UK/EU healthcare regulatory space, including those in advertising and digital health • Provide practical, actionable, solution-oriented legal advice to enable efficient and effective decision-making • Cultivate a keen understanding of the company’s global business model, technologies, and goals to inform legal guidance, strategy, and initiatives
