Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role (business analyst, product owner, etc.). • Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining “done” for development teams. • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development. • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools. • Ability to collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to balance business needs with technical feasibility. • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and improve performance. • Capital Markets domain knowledge. • Experience working on enterprise-level software or fintech products. • Exposure to API-driven development and technical product considerations. • Experience with data-driven decision-making. • Familiarity with the consulting environment—comfortable working in client-facing roles and contributing to account growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog—write, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure alignment on feature development and technical feasibility. • Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate feature completion. • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions and prioritization. • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to maintain development momentum. • Define and track key product performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvements. • Support client engagements by identifying opportunities to expand product scope or propose follow-on work, collaborating with senior product managers and delivery leads. • Help prepare materials for client or internal showcases, including case studies, user feedback summaries, or product previews to demonstrate value and progress.
