Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of facilities services and building operations across UK sites • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, including oversight of PPM schedules • Arrange and supervise works with suppliers and contractors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations • Support the management of hard and soft FM services including M&E, cleaning, maintenance, waste, security, mailroom services, aesthetics, and minor refurbishments • Organize and support on-site events and meetings ensuring excellent end user experience • Assist with office moves, churn activity, space planning, and utilisation reviews • Support delivery of facilities projects and site improvements • Oversea and manage post room and courier activities • Provide support during facilities-related emergencies and participate in out-of-hours response arrangements where required • Health, Safety & Compliance • Assist with ensuring compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and internal policies • Support completion and review of risk assessments, RAMS, permit-to-work processes, and contractor inductions • Assist with fire safety management activities including drills, inspections, and equipment checks • Maintain accurate statutory, compliance, and audit records • Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions • Promote a positive health & safety culture across UK sites • Supplier & Contractor Management • Support the management and performance of outsourced service providers • Monitor service delivery against service levels and KPIs • Ensure contractor compliance with site and safety standards • Participate in service reviews and supplier transition activities • Financial & Commercial Support • Support value-for-money initiatives and cost-control measures • Assist with supplier onboarding and approvals • Raise and manage purchase orders and support cost tracking across the UK Facilities budget • Resolve invoice and cost queries related to facilities services • Contribute data to support budget planning and monitoring • First Aid (essential or willingness to obtain) • IOSH Managing Safely (desirable) • NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable) • IWFM Level 4 or equivalent experience (desirable) • Proactive and solutions-focused • Customer-centric with a strong service ethos • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Professional, adaptable, and resilient • Committed to continuous improvement and development • Ready to Join Us?
