Requirements
• 6+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience including independently leading full implementations, ideally in a cross functional role in Finance/Sales Operations • Strong foundation with 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Sales Performance Management • Certified Anaplan Model Builder. Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is a strong plus • Solid understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, agile methodologies, and Anaplan best practices • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Prior experience in a SaaS Organization in a high growth environment • Demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale enterprise Anaplan initiatives • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes • Strong foundation of sales processes such as quota management, territory planning, forecast, capacity, Sales forecasting and incentive compensation design • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, Greenhouse and Kantata
