Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing automation in HubSpot, including workflows, lists, forms, and campaign tracking • Oversee end-to-end lead management including capture, scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing to Sales • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and campaign impact • Ensure CRM data accuracy, conduct regular audits, and resolve data or sync issues across systems • Manage integrations between marketing platforms and CRM, including troubleshooting data flow and field mapping • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities • Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance lead enrichment, segmentation, and reporting workflows • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to improve lead handoff, reporting, and operational efficiency
