Requirements

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). • Conduct keyword research and analysis for targeting high-converting keywords. • Optimize on-page content including meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking structures, image alt text etc., based on SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings. • Monitor website analytics data (traffic sources and channels) for insights into user behavior patterns that can inform future optimization strategies. • Collaborate with content creators/writers to ensure high quality, engaging content is produced which aligns well with SEO objectives without compromising on readability or originality of the material. • Stay updated and knowledgeable about changes in search engine algorithms and best practices by attending industry conferences, webinars etc., for continuous improvement of strategies to maintain website ranking positions. • Manage relationships with external partners such as SEO agencies/consultants or freelance content creators if required on a project basis. • Develop an effective reporting system that provides clear and concise insights into the performance of various aspects of your company's online presence, including website traffic sources & channels, keyword rankings etc., to inform future SEO strategies. • Oversee all technical elements related to search engine optimization such as site speed optimizations (minimizing load times), mobile responsiveness testing and implementation, ensuring the use of HTTPS protocol for security purposes among others if required on a project basis or within your company's policies/guidel0ines. • Coordinate with IT team members in charge of website maintenance to ensure that all technical SEO aspects are implemented correctly without disrupting user experience and site functionality, including but not limited to sitemap updates, XML Sitemaps creation etc., if required on a project basis or within your company's policies/guidelines. • Develop an effective communication plan with stakeholders (marketing team members, content creators) about SEO objectives and strategies for better alignment of efforts across the organization to improve overall online visibility and performance in search engine results pages (SERPs). • Provide training sessions or workshops on best practices related to website optimization techniques such as keyword research & analysis, meta tags/headings optimizations etc., if required within your company's policies.
