Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles, with hands-on configuration and administration responsibilities. • 3+ years of experience with Workday system administration and support at scale, including deep expertise in HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Absence. • Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields, RaaS) and comfort working with analytics teams to deliver insights. • Strong understanding of HR business processes, the employee lifecycle, and cross-system data flows. • Experience performing EIBs, regression testing, configuration impact analysis, and release management. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous requirements into scalable configuration solutions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build productive relationships with stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. • Comfort handling sensitive data, supporting compliance needs, and adhering to data governance best practices. • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
