Requirements
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree (advanced degrees preferred) and 4-6 years of relevant experience. • Proven experience writing grant proposals, preferably in the clinical research space • Existing knowledge of GI indications is an asset • A self-starter who can be proactive and translate opportunities into funding • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment and build rapport with funders • Exemplary written communication skills and ability to develop clear, well-structured, and persuasive proposals • Superior time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines from multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting related to grants • Strong research skills and familiarity with research resources including databases and other online sources of granting information
Responsibilities
• Support the medical writing team with the development of documents including but not limited to abstracts, posters, and slide decks, and with the editing or quality control (QC) review of regulatory documents or publications as time permits
